1. Place 1 tbsp Chakour Green Tea in a teapot.
2. Rinse once with boiling water, swirl, and discard.
3. Add 3 cups boiling water and steep for 2 minutes.
4. Add fresh mint and sugar to taste.
5. Mix by pouring into a glass and back into the pot several times.
6. Serve hot in small glasses, pouring from a height for a foamy finish.
